Responsibilities:
Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they are equipped to succeed Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
