Requirements:
PEP/ONQ PMS Front Office Experience with any Hilton property.
Guest and service oriented,:
Guest registration & room assignments and special requests, Check in and out of guests, Credit/cash handling in an efficient and friendly manner including market sales, assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, directions, local attractions and any other duties, as assigned.
Flexible to work all shifts and weekends Energetic and enthusiastic about selling Aggressive Accurately communicate details on accounts to the operating departments in a timely manner Understand the hotel's operations, including room types.
Forward thinking with ability to review and assess financial statements and system reports.
Front desk person will be compensated good for hourly basis.

The successful candidate will possess a commitment to providing excellent customer service, a top-notch ability to multi-task and an inquisitive nature.
Candidates must have experience dealing with both human and computer-generated requests.
This is primarily a night shift position with the role of handling all the hotel's bookings and check-in processes.
Responsibilities:
Answer guest request, keep records, and provide general assistance.
Perform reception and clerical duties to ensure the security of the hotel property and the safety and comfort of guests.
Maintain a pleasant and helpful attitude towards hotel guests, especially during periods of high activity.
Provide guests with information on activities and restaurants in the area.
Answer telephones, book reservations, process hotel charges, reconcile bank deposits, record financial transactions, enter data, and maintain related files.
