- Process and review vehicle titles and registration documents - Verify accuracy of information on title documents - Prepare and submit title applications to the appropriate government agencies - Maintain organized records of title documents and related paperwork - Communicate with customers to provide updates on title status and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of title transactions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of DealerDMV and Reynolds software is a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues - Proficient computer skills Join our team as a Title Clerk and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.
