SUMMARY OF
Responsibilities:
Responsible for front desk area including court reservations and assignments.
Helping in food service and with special events as needed.
Keeping members pro shop needs fulfilled.
DETAILED
Responsibilities:
1.
Maintaining the court sheets including event sign-ups, guest registration, and court reservations 2.
Do daily business for billing on pro shop sales.
3.
Help in food service and with special events.
4.
Cleanliness of pro shop.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
1.
Performance measured by satisfaction to standards set by the Director in accordance with member demands.
Physical & Mental Demands:
Must work well under pressure.
Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
Must be able to move 20 pounds on an intermittent basis.
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
Must be able to speak, hear and see.
Working Conditions & Environment:
Must be able to work in a smoke free, drug free environment.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Ability to read and understand tickets.
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Knowledgeable in handling food and food safety.
Operate and clean related equipment and designated work area.
Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
