1K - $112K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago This position is responsible for the oversight of HRA communities operations and corporate compliance under limited direction of the COO, for a specific regional area which in this case the entire region is in the state of Florida.
Incumbent in the position stimulates strategic planning in order for each community to meet or exceed budgeted census and revenue goals; promotes company- and community-wide teamwork; works with other regional operators and the VP of Operations to develop and disseminate tactical objectives, measurements, training initiatives, reporting tools, etc.
The goal of this position is to assist community staff to achieve and maintain census and revenue goals.
For each community in the region, assures:
1.
Attainment of budgeted financial performance.
2.
Attainment of census goals.
3.
Sound operational performance.
4.
Adherence to all HRA policies and procedures.
5.
Rates continue to increase as market area permits.
6.
Excellent resident care and services rendered by well-trained staff.
Hires and trains Executive Directors and Property Management and supervises their activities.
Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans for each property.
Responsible ensuring the licensing and compliance with regulations.
Monitors all reports from Executive Directors and Property Management and prepares all reports for the COO.
Heavt travel among multiple HRA communities is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
