- Manage and coordinate all patient referrals.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals - Obtain necessary authorizations and pre-certifications for specialist visits or procedures - Schedule appointments for patients with referred specialists - Maintain detailed records of all referrals and follow-up actions - Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns related to referrals
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting - Familiarity insurance plans and referral processes - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (E-Clinical preffered) If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for the position.
