The Membership Assistant will greet and assist Club members, answer questions, and provide basic information about facilities, amenities and hours.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative functions.
The position requires proficiency using PC computer software, including Word and Excel, and typing at 40-50 wpm with accuracy.
The Membership Assistant will also arrange car rental reservations for members, including scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs through our relationship with Enterprise, and managing invoices, payments, and member billing.
Schedule includes mostly daytime hours with possible early evening hours during peak season, and rotating weekends.
This is a full-time, year-round position that includes a full benefits package, including:
