Full Charge Bookkeeper (Full or Part-Time)

Working directly with business owners and bookkeepers Analise, adjust, and prepare general ledger and financial statements.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Review clients QuickBooks for variances, unusual items, consistency, clarity.
Generate monthly recurring and adjusting journal entries Import data from financial institutions Communicate with client to obtain information and provide basic bookkeeping guidance and support.
Payroll tax return preparation Payroll processing including garnishments, benefits Requires proficient QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, Word, Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication is essential.
