Clements has been a leader in pest control services for 62 years and we have recently expanded offices throughout Florida.
We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our Operations Team as a Customer Service Representative in our corporate office, located in Vero Beach.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat individual who can handle customer service issues and offer tailored and innovative solutions.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the Clements' customer service policies, and be quick to learn our services and protocols that can be critical for offering efficient and accurate assistance to customers.
This is a great role for a detail oriented person looking to start/ develop a career by working to build their professional skill set.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities and duties Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, scheduling adjustments, treatment problems, service questions and general customer concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Assist service technicians operating throughout Florida with customer information and scheduling changes.
Update customer information in Clements' customer management database during and after each call.
Assist other Operations Team members in various tasks, including monthly invoicing, customer collections and database related projects.
Work with Clements' management team to stay updated on service knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Customer Service Representative qualifications and skills Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred).
Strong desire to learn new skills and industry knowledge.
Positive attitude towards challenging customers and difficult situations.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and staff at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available to work 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Dependability and attendance is vital to this role.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
