We are looking to add someone to our team who can work primarily as a Cosmetic Care Coordinator/Receptionist in our practice.
This person will work alongside our cosmetic team to create a seamless cosmetic process for patients.

Responsibilities:
Schedule various cosmetic and esthetic appointments- neurotoxins, fillers, laser treatments, facials, microneedling, cosmetic peels and more Calculate deposits and balances and collect payments accordingly Discuss cosmetic treatment options with patients in person and over the phone Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of cosmetic experience.

General knowledge of various cosmetic treatments- we are happy to provide continued education, but a general basis of knowledge is preferred Outgoing and friendly personality Experience with Electronic Medical Records Be an effective team leader, taking personal responsibility for ensuring our cosmetic patients receive consistent, best-in-class care from all team members Enjoy working closely with supervising physicians Feel confident in working both collaboratively and independently Demonstrate a positive approach when embracing the challenges and opportunities of a fast-paced clinical environment Demonstrate remarkable written and oral communication skills Ability to provide exceptional quality of care to all our patients, providing them with a high-end hospitality experience Essential Skills, Abilities, & Tasks:
Motivated, hardworking, organized, & pays attention to detail Discuss procedures available to target specific issues along with costs Ability to use and navigate an EMR system Ability to calculate deposits and balances and collect payments accordingly Excellent communication skills and sales experience Presentable, professional, and kind to patients Job Type:
