The HR Administrative Assistant role is responsible for supporting our HR and Recruitment department.
Providing first-class experience to all candidates and employees at Skyborne.
This integral, full-time, admin position is the primary contact point for all Skyborne candidates at our Vero Beach Academy.
Job Description KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
HR Manager Recruitment Manager DAILY
Responsibilities:
HR
Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager in updating campus posters policy information.
Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
Ensure smooth communication with employees, students, in a timely resolution to their queries.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database for the HR department.
Additional job duties as assigned.
Recruitment
Responsibilities:
Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, callbacks or rejection emails.
Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.
Maintain testing database, send and review assessments.
Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
Pre-Screen candidates, shortlist and add candidates to pipeline.
Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
Updating our ATS System.
Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
(Minimum Requirements) High school degree/GED and/or some College degree from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years' experience must be in a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience with Skyborne Airline Academy SOFTWARE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
General knowledge of the following software:
Microsoft Office Programs and other software programs may be required, as needed.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels.
Significant experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
Type/keyboard 40
wpm (computer user with minimum typing/keyboarding skills), preferred.
