This position will be required to greet clients and patients as they arrive and provide the elite first impressions of this elite practice.
Other responsibilities include answering telephone calls, book appointments, manage the overall schedule, insurance referrals, etc.
Excellent customer service skills are a must for this position.
Experience in plastic surgery and/or Dermatology is preferred but not required.
Local candidates only will be considered for this position.
Other duties will include assisting with company events, computer data entry, surgery scheduling, and insurance pre-authorizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software is a prerequisite for this position.
Multiline telephone usage is also a requirement.
