What you'll do:
The Sales Administrative Assistant helps to maintain property operations and to attract new residents as well as serve current residents.
This is not a 9-5, sit behind a desk job.
Instead, you will meet & greet our residents and potential buyers with your enthusiasm and professional demeanor, while working collaboratively to develop and execute creative marketing plans designed to drive business to our property.
You will conversate with current & potential residents via phone, email, and face to face.
You will show homes, highlighting the features and benefits of the homes and the community.
You will put together various sales documents and contracts as well as run applications and verify the information.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance You will also collaborate with the community manager, sales manager, and/or regional managers to develop and execute the community sales & marketing plans.
As part of your community outreach, you will build strong resident relations with ongoing communications and an all-encompassing attitude of courtesy, respect, and customer service.
You will accomplish required administrative tasks accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, while handling multiple priorities.
You will have an enthusiastic and professional approach to all interactions with potential customers, the operations team, and all management and regional teams You are detail-oriented and notice the little things.
You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
This is required.
You are great at organizing and maintaining files and ordering office supplies.
You will attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
You will perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.

years of office experience.
Sales & Customer Service experience preferred Strong communications and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or automated accounting systems.
