Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specified recipes and customer requests - Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the preparation and handling of ingredients - Assist with meal preparation and ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all dietary department guidelines for special requests or dietary restrictions Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Experience in meal preparation, preferably in a culinary or cook role - Familiarity with the food industry and catering practices - Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality standards - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff - Flexibility to assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed Note:
