We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS for the position of Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM):
EDUCATION /
Experience:
Strong knowledge and understanding in Medicaid application processing REQUIRED.
Previous experience applying for ICP Medicaid and completing the annual ICP Medicaid re-certification strongly preferred.

And So Much More! Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure a thorough, timely and proper completion, signing and distribution of admission/readmission paperwork; The ABOM provides an explanation of financial obligations to customer or family; Obtains insurance cards.
Issue receipts upon acceptance of payments.
The ABOM processes credit card transaction.
Ensures accurate and complete face sheet information is entered into AR Billing system; Assembles completed financial files; Completes Medicaid ICP applications for those customers seeking State Medical assistance; Monitors annual reviews for those customers on the Medicaid ICP program.
