Qualifications:
- 5
years of experience in Residential roofing - Must have Experience with Metal, Shingle, and Tile roof systems - Ability to read plans, understand installation details, scopes of work and job specifications - Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations - Must be a team player and the ability to work closely with our project managers and labor crews - Detail oriented (Filling out daily reports, safety requirements,
Responsibilities:
- Work together with the project manager & office team to meet project deadlines
identify and address issues during construction - Submit daily reports that include safety, job progress, crew roll call & other pertinent project information - Understand project scope in and out prior to starting the project.
Foresee potential issues, delays or need for additional information from client, GC etc.
- Provide A
customer service to our clients/GCs.
Addressing their needs, preferences, and culture.
Keeping open communication throughout the project duration.
- Promote positive subcontractor relations.
Working together with all teams on the project site.
