Opportunity This business requires a hands-on Super Controller who will be fully responsible for general accounting and consolidation reporting across the enterprise, as well as a disciplined regimen of financial reporting and analysis on key performance indicators for the business.
As Controller you will be mandated to raise the standard for policies and controls, as well as augment finance to be a cross functional operational partner.
A CPA with strong technical background in general accounting, reporting, budgets, forecasting and analysis will be beneficial.
You will have a history of implementing robust processes and systems and creating effective KPI dashboards to enhance operational effectiveness in a growth focused healthcare services enterprise.
Ideally you will have experience navigating through the selection and implementation of an ERP system.
Background experience in a multi-location healthcare service will be an asset.

Qualifications and Preferences Certified Public Accountant 8
years of relevant accounting experience in an operating company Multi-site consolidation experience Healthcare and revenue cycle experience preferred ERP implementation experience preferred Technical accounting experience in new standard implementation such as revenue recognition (ASC 606) High growth startup and/or marketplace experience a plus To successful in this role you will need:
Strong desire to continuously improve operations and service excellence and have a desire to strip out time and cost that don't create value Ego-free and a strong collaborator who values great ideas from all people at all levels of the organization and engages in dialogue to reach conclusions High attention to detail and accuracy Curious in understanding the why's and not just accepting status quo Job Type:
