Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, responsible for crafting and executing a compelling social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity.
Your primary duties will include creating, editing, and uploading engaging content across various social media platforms, showcasing the expertise and excellence of Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility, fostering community engagement, and building strong relationships with our audience.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep passion for social media, keeping abreast of the latest trends, algorithms, and innovations in the digital landscape.
You will be a skilled storyteller, using your creativity to develop visually appealing and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

Specific Roles Include but are not Limited to:
1) Answering and fostering online leads from IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
2) Development of a TikTok page for Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery, and Ocean Drive Dermatology, and Ocean Drive MedSpa 3) Development of social media content for use online 4) Collating and Editing before and after photos to be used online for marketing 5) Creating reels for Instagram 6) Elevating and Maintaining our YouTube page 7) Create and manage online leads from Social Media 8) Curate and distribute all patient leads from AdVital 9) Procurement of online reviews from patients 10) Assist with development of new website content 11) Offer quality control to our postings across the web 12) Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network 13) Keep an eye on social media trends 14) Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers 15) Develop social media campaigns 16) Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns 17) Update social media content across all channels 18) Engage with customers and followers 19) Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives 20) Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output 21) Align our brand with new and emerging trends 22) Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging 23) Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction 24) Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools 25) Become our point person for all digital leads Previous marketing experience is required for this position.
