An intake coordinator is responsible for screening inquiries from potential clients looking for representation from our firm and managing the process of onboarding new clients.
This position requires a combination of communication skills, compassion, empathy, and ability to evaluate a potential client's legal inquiry.

Correspond with potential new clients via phone and email.
Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding the sign-up process.
Communicate with members of the firm to ensure that inquires are responded to timely.
Ensure all intake documents are processed, signed, and executed properly.
Keep organized records.
Requirements:
