Summary:
Riomar Country Club is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our Golf Department as Outside Operations Staff.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Bag Drop Services:
Greet members and guests upon arrival.
Assist with unloading golf bags from vehicles.
Organize and store golf bags in an efficient manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience.
Equipment Management:
Maintain and clean golf carts, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Monitor and organize rental equipment, such as clubs and push carts.
Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Practice Facility Support:
Oversee the practice range, including ball distribution and cleanliness.
Assist with setting up and maintaining practice areas.
Customer Service:
Respond to member and guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
Assist with resolving any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role preferred.
Knowledge of basic golf etiquette and basic golf operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry golf bags and other equipment.
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays.
