Superintendent
A leading custom home construction company known for commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional client service is hiring a Custom Home Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, with custom home focus preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading construction plans and using construction management software.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
