Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person - Provide product information and demonstrations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures - Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable - Experience in jewelry sales or stock management is beneficial Skills:
