Welcome guests and manage seating promptly Maintain reservation book and coordinate with servers Keep host station and lobby area clean and organized Assist with phone inquiries and takeout orders Support special events and promotions as needed Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
