Senior Account Executive / Inside Sales Representa


Job Responsibilities
As an integral member of our business development team, your work as a Senior Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative will involve identifying and building relationships with key decision makers. In this role, you will call on potential and current customers to illustrate the competitive advantage that brings through its products and services. Your duties as a Senior Account Executive will include:
Prospecting for customers; building and managing the inside sales development pipeline for a defined region
Using consultative selling methods; analyzing each prospect and identifying needs
Building a comprehensive map of the prospects' potential business opportunities, profiling the decision-making process, and interviewing key decision makers
Working with qualified leads, demonstrating products, conducting value presentations, and negotiating through to the close
Demonstrating through web-based presentations and delivering highly customized solutions
Offering value proposition, creating urgency, and CLOSING the sale over the phone
Achieving and exceeding goals and quotas by closing new business transactions
Job Requirements
As a Senior Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative, you will use your networking and negotiation experience to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative solutions. You should have the ability to connect with key decision makers and cultivate relationships over the phone and online. In addition, it is important for you to be a self-starter who listens proactively. Qualified candidates should be well-organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced sales matrix environment while demonstrating integrity and ethical business practices. Prior inside sales or business development experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive is a plus.
Additional qualifications for the Senior Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative role include:
4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience with a customer relationship management software application; Goldmine and WebEx, preferred
Strong selling and negotiating skills with the ability to utilize effective questioning techniques to close deals
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
Ability to comprehend technology and develop sales strategies to increase business opportunity
High call volume telemarketing, B2B, and/or other inside sales experience, preferred


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
