Home Care Scheduler/Office Coordinator

Our multi-office home care company is seeking a high energy detail oriented person for our Vero beach office

As an independent, self-starter for this part time position you will be responsible for:
Daily operations of our home care office
Coordinate patient home care services, caregiver scheduling, etc.
Learn & implement policies/procedures
Be organized, detailed, able to multi-task, prioritize, troubleshoot
Flexible to work in a high volume, fast-paced office
Some home care office experience is a definite plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
